Responsibilities Develop and implement business development strategies. Identify and secure new opportunities in construction & energy sectors. Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients & stakeholders. Prepare and deliver compelling technical & commercial proposals. Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts. Provide market insights and competitor analysis to senior management.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering. From 3 to 6 years of experience in Business Development (Construction / Energy is essential). Strong technical understanding of contracting & construction. Proven track record in sales, proposals, and client negotiations. Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM & market research tools.
