We are currently seeking a full-time Embedded Systems Team Lead Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities include:Setting clear team goals Delegating tasks and setting deadlines Overseeing day-to-day operations Reviewing and analyzing embedded firmware Reviewing and analyzing electronic hardware schematics and layouts Architecting and developing software drivers for microcontroller peripherals Debugging firmware code on hardware Engaging with customers to clarify technical aspects (English is a must) Collaborating with the software team at our US headquarters to develop solutions (travel may be required)
Qualifications:Bachelor's / Maters degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field Extensive experience in embedded development (4+ years) Strong knowledge and experience with C programming Strong knowledge of hardware design principles, testing tools, equipment, and techniques (mainly PCB design) Proven work experience as a team leader Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Professional proficiency in English is a must Excellent communication skills Open-minded, curious, and detail-oriented mindset Experience with Embedded Linux is a plus
