Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the FCL and Air Freight product functions across Egypt. Develop and implement product strategies to drive business growth, profitability, and market competitiveness. Manage relationships with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and strategic partners. Negotiate rates, service agreements, and commercial terms with carriers and vendors. Support the team with pricing strategies, product development initiatives, and customer solutions. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to strengthen the company's market position. Monitor product performance, profitability, and operational efficiency. Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction standards are maintained. Lead, coach, and develop the FCL and Air teams to achieve departmental objectives. Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance, and overseas offices to ensure smooth execution of shipments and customer requirements. Prepare and present periodic business and performance reports to management.
Requirements:15–18 years of total professional experience. Extensive experience within Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, or NVOCC industry. Strong background in FCL and Air Freight products. Proven managerial and team leadership experience. Strong commercial background with experience in business development, pricing, and customer relationship management. Experience in carrier and airline negotiations. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent command of English.
