راجع وتابع تقرير Aging مركز الخدمة وتوازن تفويض الخدمة واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية ومتابعة الأرصدة المستحقة.
راجع المطالبة المالية لتوازن تفويض الخدمة مع الأسعار القياسية.
الإشراف على صيانة دفتر الأستاذ العام، بما في ذلك التسويات المحاسبية (حسابات البنك وودائعها).
الإشراف, القيادة، تدريب وتوجيه موظفي المحاسبة (المحاسبين، الكتبة).
وضع وصيانة السياسات والإجراءات لتعزيز ضوابط داخلية لتقليل المخاطر المالية وحماية الأصول.
مراقبة والسيطرة على استبدال قطع الغيار والمنتجات النهائية خلال فترة الضمان وفق السياسة.
** الموقع : مركز خدمة الخزان في مدينة نصر.
** ظروف العمل : 6 أيام/8 ساعات.
المتطلبات
متطلبات الوظيفة:
يفضل الشهادة: بكالوريوس تجارة / محاسبة
أقل سنوات الخبرة: 5 سنوات
يفضل التدريب / الشهادة: IFRS / دورات محاسبة
Monitor AR & Cashier processes to ensure proper coding, accuracy, and timely Invoice /payment/collection.
Review and follow up Service center Aging Report and Service authorization balance and take corrective action And follow up the overdue balances.
Review the Financial Claim for Service authorization balance with the Standard Rates.
Oversee general ledger maintenance, including account reconciliations (bank accounts deposit).
Supervision, Lead, train, and mentor accounting staff (accountants, clerks).
Establish and maintain polices and procedures to enhance internal controls to minimize financial risk and safeguard assets.
Monitor and control the Spare parts and finish products replacement during warranty period as policy.
** Location : Tank Service Center at Nasr City.
** Working Conditions : 6 days / 8 Hours.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
Education preferred: Bachelor Of commerce / Accounting
Min Years of experience: 5 Years
Training / Certificate preferred: IFRS / Accounting Courses
