Oversee distribution operations to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery.
Monitor KPIs such as delivery accuracy, stock damage rates, and customer refusals.
Implement corrective actions to reduce inefficiencies and improve service levels.
Ensure compliance with Nestl s safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead projects involving production, warehousing, sales, and customer service teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that reduce damages and refusals.
Drive alignment between logistics, commercial, and operational functions.

الإشراف على عمليات التوزيع لضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب وبشكل دقيق وبتكلفة فعالة.
مراقبة المؤشرات الرئيسية مثل دقة التسليم، معدلات تلف المخزون، ورفض العملاء.
تنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية لتقليل عدم الكفاءات وتحسين مستويات الخدمة.
ضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والجودة والاستدامة لدى نستله.
