* Review shop drawings and ensure their conformity with the architectural reality of the site.
* Ensure materials specifications for finishes and buildings align with the approved bill of quantities.
* Inspect and accept architectural works on-site (such as building works, plastering, floors, insulation, and suspended ceilings).
* Direct and supervise subcontractors and workers to ensure accurate and error-free execution of work steps.
* Resolve technical problems and conflicts that suddenly arise between architectural design and structural or electromechanical systems.
* Continuous coordination between site management, technical office for approving modifications, and the purchasing department to supply materials.
* Prepare regular daily and weekly reports tracking actual progress versus the schedule.
* Inventory executed quantities on-site to prepare and audit financial invoices for contractors.
* Monitor compliance with safety and occupational health standards to ensure the safety of staff and workers on site.
* Experience in facility works and management
