Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux (Ubuntu/Debian) servers.
Deploy, maintain, and monitor virtualization platforms, preferably Proxmox VE.
Configure and manage firewall solutions such as pfSense and FortiGate.
Administer NAS storage solutions, preferably TrueNAS Core or TrueNAS SCALE.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot email systems such as Zimbra and Axigen.
Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, and wireless infrastructure.
Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file-sharing services.
Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability, and perform preventive maintenance.
Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions and perform regular backup verification.
Perform software installation, system updates, and security patch management.
Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral hardware issues.
Install, rack, configure, and maintain Dell and HPE physical servers.
Document system configurations, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
Provide technical support to end users and resolve incidents within agreed service levels.
Participate in IT infrastructure improvement projects and technology deployments.
Follow IT security best practices and assist in maintaining a secure IT environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
1–3 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or IT Specialist.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu/Debian).
Experience with virtualization platforms, preferably Proxmox VE.
Experience configuring and managing pfSense and/or FortiGate firewalls.
Experience with TrueNAS Core or TrueNAS SCALE storage solutions.
Experience administering email platforms such as Zimbra or Axigen.
Good understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and routing.
Hands-on experience with Dell PowerEdge and/or HPE ProLiant servers.
Strong hardware troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
Familiarity with backup technologies and disaster recovery concepts.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues methodically.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
