The Role This is a full-time, dedicated role for a fresh graduate who lives and breathes social media and wants to build a career in influencer marketing and creator commerce. You'll learn the business hands-on: finding creators, onboarding them, supporting campaigns, and tracking performance. Work from home is available, but this is not a side gig. We need your full focus and energy. What You'll DoResearch and identify influencers, content creators, and affiliate publishers across GCC and MENA (fashion, beauty, lifestyle, ecommerce) Reach out to creators, pitch Adltix, and support onboarding Help match creators to brand campaigns and follow up on deliverables Track performance (clicks, conversions, sales) and prepare simple reports Keep our creator database clean and updated with contacts, rates, and results Support payout cycles and answer creator questions on tracking and payments Stay on top of trends across Tik Tok, Instagram, Snapchat, and You Tube What We're Looking For Fresh graduate in marketing, business, media, or a related field Deep familiarity with social media platforms and the regional creator scene Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (written and spoken) Organized, reliable, and comfortable with spreadsheets Self-motivated and able to work independently from home Hungry to learn and grow fast in a startup environment Bonus: any internship, personal project, or content creation experience What You Get Full-time role with a fixed monthly salary plus performance incentives Work from home flexibility Real responsibility from day one, no coffee runs Direct exposure to top regional brands and campaigns Training and mentorship in affiliate marketing, creator commerce, and campaign management Clear growth path to a Manager role as the network scales How to Apply Send your CV to [Click to show email]
