Technical Consultations: Assess client requirements and provide expert technical recommendations, system designs, and accurate quotations. After-Sales Support: Handle client inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate maintenance schedules, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users. Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with the technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery and execution. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in HVAC sales, engineering, or after-sales support. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Skills:Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and market trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in English and Arabic.
