Role Description The Senior Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, responsible for driving marketing initiatives that support SG Group’s growth in aesthetics and healthcare. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns, conducting market research and competitive analysis, and managing brand positioning across digital and offline channels. The role involves collaborating with clinical and commercial teams to create targeted messaging, promotional materials, and patient education content. The Senior Marketing Specialist will track campaign performance, optimize marketing activities based on data insights, and support sales efforts through lead generation and marketing collateral. This position also contributes to enhancing customer experience and reinforcing SG Group’s reputation as an industry leader.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with patients, partners, and internal teams. Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and plan effective campaigns. Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to support revenue growth, lead generation, and brand awareness initiatives. Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness industries is highly beneficial. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and basic analytics platforms is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced certifications in marketing or healthcare marketing are a plus.
