Role Description The English Real Estate Agent role at Xceed is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The agent will handle real estate inquiries in English, guide clients through property search and selection, and provide detailed information on listings, pricing, and contractual terms. Daily tasks include responding to client calls and messages, scheduling and coordinating property viewings, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available properties, and supporting sales processes in line with client and partner requirements. The agent will document interactions accurately, update CRM systems, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience. The role also involves meeting performance targets, adhering to company policies and compliance standards, and contributing to a professional and customer-focused environment.
