Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls, Whats App, and Facebook. Present and explain our services professionally. Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales. Build strong relationships with potential customers. Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain accurate customer records and provide regular sales feedback. Requirements Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service is preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong closing and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
