قيادة وإدارة مشاريع تصميم الجسور، مع ضمان التنفيذ الفعّال والتنسيق والإنتاج عالي الجودة للنماذج. تتضمن الدور تعاوناً وثيقاً مع فرق الهياكل والهندسة الجيوتقنية والمدنية، مع التركيز على تقديم حلول جسور تقنية سليمة ومنسقة.
• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية/الهندسة الإنشائية مطلوبة. يفضل الحصول على درجة الماجستير.
• الحد الأدنى 10 سنوات من الخبرة في تصميم الجسور. يفضَّل الخبرة في تصميم الجسور المصنعية من الصلب.
• الخبرة في التصميم باستخدام المعايير والرموز الدولية للجسور، خاصة AASHTO، مطلوبة.
• الخبرة في CSI Bridge وMidas Civil أمر ضروري.
• الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة.
• مهارات اتصال جيدة.
• مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات قوية.
• القدرة على تعدد المهام وتحديد الأولويات في بيئة سريعة الحركة.
• فهم تقنيات إعادة تأهيل الجسور ومبادئ الهندسة الجيوتقنية.
To lead and manage bridge design projects, ensuring the effective implementation of, coordination, and high-quality model production. The role involves close collaboration with structural, geotechnical, and civil teams, with a focus on delivering technically sound and coordinated bridge solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering is required. Master’s degree is preferrable.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in bridges design. Experience in design of steel bridges is preferrable.
• Experience in design using international bridge standards and codes, especially AASHTO, is required.
• Experience in CSI bridge and Midas civil is a must.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of bridge rehabilitation techniques and geotechnical engineering principles.
