Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Broker role based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Broker will manage client relationships, guide buyers and sellers through property transactions, and provide expert advice on market conditions and investment opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, preparing and reviewing contracts, and negotiating offers to close deals. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, coordinating with internal brokerage teams, and ensuring all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements. The broker is expected to deliver consistent, high-quality customer service and represent Bold Routes professionally in all client interactions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Brokerage skills, including transaction management and regulatory compliance. Candidates should possess solid Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including market analysis and property valuation. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Sales skills, with a track record of building trusted client relationships. Relevant real estate license or certification, and familiarity with local New Cairo real estate regulations. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site with colleagues and clients. Proficiency in basic office and CRM software; previous experience in a brokerage or real estate firm is highly beneficial. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple listings and clients, and meet performance targets ethically and transparently.
