Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Sales Representative role based in Markaz Sohag. The Insurance Sales Representative will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs, explain Met Life’s insurance products, and recommend appropriate coverage options. The role includes generating leads, conducting sales presentations, preparing quotes, and supporting customers through the application and enrollment process. Daily responsibilities also involve handling customer inquiries, providing clear information on policy features and benefits, and maintaining accurate records in line with company and regulatory standards. The Insurance Sales Representative will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Insurance Sales and Sales, with the ability to meet and exceed defined targets. Solid understanding of Insurance products and Insurance Brokerage practices to guide customers in selecting suitable coverage. Demonstrated Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and problem-solving. Ability to build trust, negotiate effectively, and maintain long-term customer relationships. Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accurate documentation. Comfort working in an on-site, customer-facing environment in Markaz Sohag. Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales is preferred. Relevant education in business, finance, or a related field is beneficial; professional insurance certifications are a plus.
