Role Description The Senior Sales Advisor - International Health Insurance is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This role involves advising corporate and individual clients on insurance products and coverage options, conducting needs assessments, and presenting suitable solutions aligned with IBUG’s service standards. The Senior Sales Advisor will manage and grow a portfolio of clients, handle inquiries, prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up on leads to meet sales and retention targets. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with insurance companies on policy terms, supporting clients through the claims process, maintaining accurate records in CRM or internal systems. The role also requires ongoing market research, participation in sales meetings, and collaboration with internal teams to improve client experience and sales strategies. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build trust-based relationships and support clients throughout the policy and claims lifecycle. Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills, including the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in an accessible manner and prepare client-ready documentation. Candidates should possess proven sales skills, including negotiation, pipeline management, and closing techniques, preferably within insurance field. Relevant experience in insurance brokerage, underwriting, or financial advisory is highly beneficial, especially in corporate or commercial lines. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred, along with familiarity with local insurance regulations and market practices. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and proficiency in standard office software and CRM tools. Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, manage multiple priorities, and maintain ethical and client-centered conduct in all sales activities.
