American Egyptian Academy is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Assiut Branch. This role is ideal for someone who can effectively manage branch operations, build high-performing teams, and consistently achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:✅ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and service excellence.✅ Achieve and exceed branch sales targets through effective planning and execution.✅ Lead, coach, and develop the branch team to maximize performance and engagement.✅ Monitor branch KPIs and implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability.✅ Ensure an outstanding customer experience and maintain high service standards.✅ Collaborate with senior management to execute business plans and drive continuous growth.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree. Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, or in a similar leadership role. Strong people management, coaching, and team development skills. Demonstrated ability to manage branch operations and consistently achieve sales targets. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Results-oriented with a strong business mindset. Experience in the education, training, or courses industry is highly preferred.
