We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's financial strategy and oversee all financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, treasury, accounting, taxation, financial reporting, project financing, investment analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The CFO will play a critical role in supporting executive management, driving business growth, optimizing cash flow, and managing relationships with banks, investors, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.

• 12–15+ years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting.

• Previous experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or a similar executive role.

• Strong experience in Real Estate Development, Construction, or Contracting companies.

• Excellent knowledge of Financial Planning, Budgeting, Treasury, Taxation, IFRS/GAAP, and Financial Reporting.

• Strong leadership and strategic decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Fluent in English.
