About the Role

As a Mechanical Site Engineer at Talent 360, you will be responsible for supervising the installation and execution of mechanical systems on-site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes. You will play a key role in coordinating site activities and supporting project delivery from construction through handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is executed according to quality standards and project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation before implementation.
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with project requirements, engineering standards, and applicable codes.
• Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction and provide practical engineering solutions.
• Monitor quality control procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare site reports, inspection reports, snag lists, and progress updates.
• Verify completed works prior to testing, commissioning, and project handover.
• Maintain accurate site documentation and support timely project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 5 years of experience in mechanical site supervision within an engineering consultancy environment.
• Experience supervising HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems on construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, mechanical building systems, and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
• Ability to manage site activities effectively and meet project deadlines.
