• Oversee the performance and commitment of Authorized Service Providers (ASPs) within the assigned region.

• Ensure timely closure of pending repairs, meeting the promised service timelines to customers.

• Act as the primary point of contact for ASPs, resolving operational challenges and ensuring smooth service delivery.

• Continuously assess and enhance ASP coverage to ensure optimal service reach and efficiency.

• Support business growth by identifying and onboarding new ASPs in line with market expansion strategies.

• Analyze ASP performance data to identify weaknesses and implement targeted improvement plans.

• Develop and maintain backup service coverage plans for each region to ensure service continuity.

• Monitor ASPs’ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with company standards.

• Enforce company policies by applying appropriate disciplinary actions for ASP misconduct.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields.

• 3:5 years of experience in supervising ASPs or similar service operations.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

• Good presentation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.

• Good command of English (spoken and written).
