يتولى مدير ضمان الجودة مسؤولية تطوير وتنفيذ والحفاظ على نظام إدارة جودة robust QMS لضمان أن جميع الحافلات الصغيرة والكبيرة والدفعات المُنتجة تفي بمتطلبات العملاء والمعايير الداخلية والامتثال التنظيمي.
هدف استراتيجي رئيسي لهذا الدور هو قيادة المنظمة نحو تحقيق شهادة IATF 16949 بحلول عام 2026، مما يعزز أنظمة الجودة والوثائق والثقافة في الشركة لتتوافق مع المعايير الدولية في صناعة السيارات.
المتطلبات
المتطلبات التعليمية: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية / السيارات / الهندسة الصناعية (يفضل ماجستير).
الخبرة الصناعية المطلوبة: خبرة لا تقل عن 8–12 سنة في ضمان الجودة ضمن قطاع تصنيع السيارات أو المركبات الثقيلة (يفضل في بناء هياكل الحافلات/الشاحنات).

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure that all minibuses, buses, and coaches produced meet customer requirements, internal standards, and regulatory compliance.
A key strategic objective for this role is to lead the organization towards achieving IATF 16949 certification by 2026, strengthening the company’s quality systems, documentation, and culture to align with international automotive standards.
Requirements
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Automotive / Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Required Industry Experience: Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the automotive or heavy vehicle manufacturing sector (bus/truck body building preferred).
Technological Requirements:
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
