• Source and develop local suppliers for direct materials and production components.

• Evaluate supplier capabilities, manufacturing processes, technical competency, and production capacity.

• Conduct supplier qualification activities, including audits, sample evaluations, and production approvals.

• Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams to ensure material compliance with technical specifications.

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and engineering change implementation.

• Drive localization initiatives by identifying and qualifying local alternatives to imported materials.

• Register and onboard new suppliers while ensuring all required documentation is completed.

• Monitor supplier performance across quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness.

• Maintain supplier databases, sourcing records, quotations, contracts, and related documentation.

• Prepare sourcing, procurement, and supplier performance reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Materials Engineering, or a related field.

• 1–4 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, procurement, or supplier development within a manufacturing environment.

• Proven experience dealing with local suppliers.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
