We are looking for a E-Leanining Project Head to build and scale high-impact e-learning programs for working professionals and job seekers across the GCC region. This role will own the complete lifecycle of a program from identifying market opportunities and designing the curriculum to producing, launching, and managing the ongoing operations of the program. The ideal candidate is someone who can think like a product owner and execute like an operator. Key Responsibilities Identify market gaps and opportunities for new learning programs in the GCC market. Conduct market and competitor research to validate program demand. Design and develop industry-relevant learning programs. Build the program structure, learning outcomes, and learner journey. Identify and onboard trainers, instructors, and subject matter experts. Lead the end-to-end production of learning content (recorded and live formats). Ensure content quality, production timelines, and learner experience. Launch new programs and manage their ongoing operations and continuous improvement. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams involved in program development and delivery. Track program performance and implement enhancements based on learner feedback and market requirements.
