Job Purpose

Operate and administrate core network to achieve and maintain network availability KPIs.

Specify the failure source of the Core network & action/decision taken to achieve and maintain network availability KPIFollow troubleshooting & escalation process of the Core network to ensure the implementation of actions taken in the right way.Monitor and reports Performance of the Core network to ensure steady competitive quality all over the network.Archive and reports the network outage & failures to keep records of network problems and solutions and future preventive actions.Implement assigned work orders properly to ensure timeliness of work progress with work plans.Follow on quality assurance and control process to secure adherence to standards.Update changes in the core database files accurately to ensure right data availability when needed.Follow up and Reports full details on project progression to ensure sticking to Furnish innovative applicable ideas & solutions in order to facilitate work and enhance team performance. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to accomplish daily tasks, and proper problem handling.Perform the daily tasks and duties in a secure way in order to ensure coherence with the company security standards and rules.Evaluate and follows up with EOT core staff for all assigned projects and planned CSRs to ensure coherence with time frames and quality and SLA compliancy.Coordinate & assigns resources to ensure proper implementation of EOT tasks.
