حول الدور كمهندس مكتب فني للمناقصات الميكانيكية الأول في Talent 360، ستكون مسؤولاً عن دعم كل من مرحلة المناقصات ووظائف المكتب الفني لمشروعاتنا في البناء والبنية التحتية. المرشح المثالي سيكون لديه خبرة فنية قوية، ومهارات تحليلية، وخبرة عملية في أنظمة HVAC والسباكة وأنظمة مكافحة الحرائق وتقدير التكاليف، مع خلفية قوية في إعداد وإدارة المناقصات ضمن صناعة البناء.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- إعداد ومراجعة المقترحات الفنية والمالية للمناقصات، مع ضمان الدقة والتنافسية والالتزام بمتطلبات العميل.
- تحليل وثائق المناقصة والرسومات والمواصفات لتحديد نطاق المشروع والمتطلبات.
- التنسيق مع الموردين والمقاولين من الباطن للحصول على عروض البيانات والبيانات الفنية.
- إجراء القياسات الكمية وتقدير التكاليف للأنظمة الميكانيكية (التكييف، السباكة، مكافحة الحرائق).
- تطوير حلول هندسية قيمة لتحسين تكلفة المشروع وكفاءته.
- تصميم ومراجعة والإشراف على تركيب الأنظمة الميكانيكية بما فيها التكييف والسباكة والوقاية من الحريق.
- ضمان تنفيذ الأعمال الميكانيكية وفقاً لمواصفات المشروع والرموز والمعايير الصناعية.
- التنسيق مع المعماريين والمهندسين المدنيين والتخصصات الأخرى لدمج الأنظمة الميكانيكية بسلاسة ضمن تصميمات المشروع.
- إعداد ومراجعة العروض الفنية، والرسومات التنفيذية، ومواصفات المواد.
- الإشراف على المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن لضمان الجودة والاستكمال في الوقت المحدد.
- دعم أنشطة الشراء من خلال مراجعة مواصفات المواد والمعدات.
- إعداد وثائق المشروع بما في ذلك تقارير التقدم، والرسومات كما-بناء، وكتيبات التشغيل والصيانة.
- المشاركة في الاجتماعات الفنية ومناقشات العملاء خلال كل من مرحلتي المناقصة والتنفيذ.
المرشح المطلوب
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- خبرة 5+ سنوات في الهندسة الميكانيكية ضمن قطاع البناء أو المقاولات، مع تركيز على المناقصات وأدوار المكتب الفني.
- معرفة قوية بتصميم وتنفيذ الأنظمة الميكانيكية، بما فيها HVAC، والسباكة، ومكافحة الحرائق.
- خبرة مثبتة في المناقصات وتقدير التكاليف وإعداد المقترحات.
- إتقان في AutoCAD وRevit MEP وغيرها من أدوات التصميم الميكانيكي.
- مهارات تنظيمية واتصال وحل المشكلات ممتازة.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
About the Role As a (Senior Mechanical Tendering Technical Office Engineer) at Talent 360 , you will be responsible to support both the tendering phase and the technical office functions for our building and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems, and cost estimation, with a solid background in preparing and managing tenders within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review technical and financial proposals for tenders, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance with client requirements.
- Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to determine project scope and requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and technical data.
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimation for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting).
- Develop value engineering solutions to optimize project cost and efficiency.
- Design, review, and oversee the installation of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
- Ensure mechanical works are executed in accordance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and other disciplines to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into project designs.
- Prepare and review technical submittals, shop drawings, and material specifications.
- Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely completion of mechanical work.
- Support procurement activities by reviewing material and equipment specifications.
- Prepare project documentation including progress reports, as-built drawings, and operation & maintenance manuals.
- Participate in technical meetings and client discussions during both tendering and execution phases.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering within the construction or contracting industry, with a focus on tendering and technical office roles.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems design and implementation, including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting.
- Proven experience in tendering, cost estimation, and proposal preparation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other mechanical design tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
