Assist customers inside the branch and explain company software and hardware solutions. Present product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and professionally. Prepare quotations and follow up with potential clients. Achieve assigned monthly sales targets. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media. Maintain updated knowledge of company products and technology trends. Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing. Update sales records and CRM system regularly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, IT, or related field.
- 0 2 years of experience in sales (technology field is a plus).
- Basic understanding of software systems and computer hardware.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good command of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Presentable and customer-focused.
