Connectalents, a leading recruitment & HRO company in MENA, is hiring an Structural Engineer in 5th Settlement to join a dynamic real estate development team. This is an exciting opportunity for a design-driven professional to take ownership of projects from concept to completion, translating architectural vision into reality through precise shop drawings, hands-on site execution, and close collaboration with contractors and design teams.

Job Role:Prepare and review structural designs, calculations, and reinforcement details. Perform structural analysis using ETABS, SAP2000, and SAFE. Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams to resolve design conflicts. Review shop drawings, subcontractor submissions, and technical documentation. Monitor site execution and ensure compliance with structural specifications. Contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale commercial and mixed-use developments.
What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.5–7 years of experience in structural design and site supervision. Minimum 3 years of experience in large real estate development projects (commercial malls and mixed-use developments). Proficiency in ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, and Auto CAD. Knowledge of Revit and Primavera is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills. Fluent in English.
