Job Description | Sales Team Leader
As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve business targets, monitor daily performance, provide coaching and support, and ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.* Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.* Track sales KPIs and prepare performance reports.* Train new team members and support their development.* Ensure adherence to company sales processes and standards.* Handle escalations and support the team in closing sales opportunities.* Collaborate with management to improve sales strategies and team performance.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in sales within the training, education, or courses industry (Must).* Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or in a similar leadership role.* Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.* Graduates only.
