Roles & Responsibilities

Lenme is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Software Quality Control Engineer to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable software products. This role involves end-to-end testing across web and mobile applications, API validation, frontend-automation, and performance testing within an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities - Execute manual testing across web and mobile applications, identifying critical defects and improving functionality, usability, and responsiveness across platforms. - Perform API testing using Postman, validating request/response accuracy, status codes, and error handling to ensure seamless system integrations. - Conduct frontend testing, including validating UI/UX flows, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design behavior. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts for frontend workflows, including mobile UI automation using tools such as Maestro. - Design, document, and execute comprehensive test cases and test plans aligned with product requirements and business logic. - Track, manage, and report defects using tools such as Bitrix, ensuring timely resolution and improved product quality. - Perform database validation using complex SQL queries to verify data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems. - Design and execute performance testing scenarios (load, stress, spike, endurance testing) to evaluate system scalability and reliability: - Simulate concurrent users - Monitor response times, throughput, and error rates - Identify bottlenecks and performance risks - Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams in an Agile environment. - Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Contribute to test strategy, requirement analysis, and continuous improvement of QA processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing - Strong experience with manual testing of web and mobile applications - Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) - Solid understanding of frontend testing and UI validation - Experience writing automation scripts for frontend-flows (Maestro or similar tools preferred) - Proficiency in SQL for database validation - Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Bitrix, Jira, or similar) - Knowledge of performance testing concepts and tools - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
