Responsibilities
Inspect all incoming shipments to ensure the correct quantity and quality.
Verify that goods correspond with the purchase order or requisition.
Ensure that all items are free from damage and report any discrepancies to the relevant departments.
Organize and maintain the storage areas in an orderly manner.
Ensure proper handling and storage of items in line with safety and quality standards.
Update inventory records in the system and keep track of stock levels.
Ensure that all paperwork, such as purchase orders, delivery notes, and receipts, are completed accurately.
Maintain clear records for auditing and reporting purposes.
Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, and other departments to ensure timely deliveries.
Assist in the distribution of supplies to the respective departments.
Ensure all items are stored in a safe manner, following health and safety regulations.
Handle hazardous materials or perishable goods with care.
Communicate any issues or delays in deliveries to the relevant parties.
Work with the purchasing department to manage supply chain issues.
Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management to support the effective operation of the department and the broader goals of the property.

Experience/Certificates/Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical certification in warehouse management or supply chain management can be advantage.
Prior experience in receiving, inventory control, or warehouse management is highly valued.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle physical tasks, such as lifting and moving supplies.
Knowledge of inventory systems and basic administrative skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., warehouse, logistics, or stock management) is often preferred.
