Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Recruiter role based at KANDIL EGYPT’s facility in The Industrial Zone. The Human Resources Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including drafting job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. The role involves coordinating interview schedules, supporting hiring managers in selection decisions, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding. The recruiter will maintain and update candidate databases, track recruitment metrics, and help improve hiring processes and employer branding initiatives. Daily tasks also include collaborating with HR colleagues on workforce planning, compliance with company policies, and supporting general HR administrative duties as needed. Qualifications Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate pipeline management. Experience with HR processes such as onboarding, employee documentation, and adherence to labor laws and company policies. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HRIS tools, and standard office software (e.g., MS Office, email, spreadsheets). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple open roles simultaneously. Understanding of employer branding, talent market trends, and basic HR analytics to support data-informed recruitment decisions. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage. Prior experience in recruitment within manufacturing or industrial environments is beneficial, as well as proficiency in English and Arabic.
