Role Overview As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be the architect of our hiring strategy. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding exceptional talent across our corporate, distribution, and retail divisions. We are looking for an innovative recruiter who can leverage modern sourcing strategies, build a strong employer brand, and ensure a world-class candidate experience that reflects the fun and dynamic nature of our industry.
Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring across all levels of the organization, including defining job requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
Strategic Sourcing: Proactively build talent pipelines utilizing Linked In Recruiter, industry networks, and modern sourcing tools to find passive candidates.
Employer Branding: Champion Bingo Global Group's culture in the job market. Develop initiatives to position us as an employer of choice within the retail, distribution, and pop-culture sectors.
Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to deeply understand their team dynamics and hiring needs.
Process Optimization: Continuously improve the recruitment process. Track and report on key TA metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire) and manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) efficiently.
Team Leadership: Guide and mentor recruitment specialists, ensuring alignment with overall HR and business objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 5+ years of dedicated Talent Acquisition or Agency Recruiting experience, with at least 1–2 years leading hiring strategies or teams.
Industry Knowledge: Proven track record of recruiting for retail, distribution, FMCG, or fast-paced commercial environments.
Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tech stacks. Experience integrating AI tools or automations into sourcing workflows is a strong advantage.
Interviewing Expertise: Deep understanding of behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques.
Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A high-energy, proactive mindset.
Language: Fluent in Arabic and excellent command of English.
