Role Description The Medical Information Services professional will provide accurate, evidence-based information about Groovy’s medical and aesthetic services to clients, staff, and other stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering medical inquiries, explaining treatment options and procedures in clear, accessible language, and supporting informed consent processes. The role involves collaborating with medical staff to update educational materials, ensuring consistency with clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements, and maintaining thorough documentation of interactions and information requests. Additional tasks may include training front-line staff on medical communications, supporting quality assurance initiatives, and contributing to patient education campaigns. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Groovy Aesthetic Clinics in Cairo.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Medical Communications skills for clear, accurate, and empathetic information delivery. Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Medicine and Medical Affairs to understand clinical practices, aesthetic treatments, and relevant guidelines. Candidates should possess a background in Pharmacy or a related health science to interpret medical information, treatment protocols, and product details. Relevant qualifications such as a degree in medicine, pharmacy, nursing, or another healthcare field are highly beneficial. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries and documentation simultaneously. Proficiency in written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage for local communication in Cairo. Experience in aesthetic medicine, medical clinics, or spa/dermatology settings is preferred. Commitment to ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and collaborative teamwork within a multidisciplinary clinical environment.
