Role Description The Barista role at Espresso Core is a full-time, on-site position based in Zamalek . In this role, the Barista prepares and serves espresso drinks, brewed coffee, and other café beverages according to company recipes and standards. Daily tasks include taking customer orders, operating coffee equipment, handling food preparation for pastries or light snacks, and maintaining cleanliness of the bar, seating area, and equipment. The Barista provides attentive customer service, manages cash or POS transactions, and helps restock supplies to ensure smooth operation throughout the day. The role also involves working closely with team members to support busy periods and deliver a positive guest experience. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Barista skills, including espresso preparation, drink assembly, and safe handling of coffee equipment. Candidates should possess Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to interact professionally with guests and collaborate effectively with team members. Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to take orders accurately, explain menu items, and coordinate with colleagues. Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills and basic knowledge of hygiene standards for handling ingredients and café items.
