Job Description
* Responsible receive guests in any outlet and escort them to tables by standard way.
* Assigned to work in bars or restaurant
* Inform customers about order alternatives and encourage the sales of targeted services.
* Deliver maximum service in each unit, keeping in line with service rules.
* Maintain and any personal belongings of customers those have been left in the workstation and hand such belongings over to her supervisors.
* Comply with the departmental instructions and procedures published by the F&B Department.
* Carry out duties according to the practices and operational standards identified by the Food and Beverage Manager.
* Comply with operational rules.
* Plan working hours as deemed appropriate by the Food and Beverage Manager. Act according to the weekly work schedule and working hours.
* Attend the orientation training.
* Undergo two performance assessments each year.
* Strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Education: At least a high school or vocational diploma
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the industry.
* Foreign Language: English is required and Russian.
* Courses and Training: Vocational trainings and seminars.
* Computer Literacy: Not required.
* Skills: Basic knowledge of the products and services in the related field

الوصف الوظيفي
* مسؤول استقبال الضيوف في أي منفذ وتوجيههم إلى الطاولات وفق الطريقة القياسية.
* مُكلف بالعمل في البار أو المطعم
* معلومات العملاء عن بدائل الطلب وتشجيع بيع الخدمات المستهدفة.
* تقديم أقصى خدمة في كل وحدة، بما يتماشى مع قواعد الخدمة.
* الحفاظ على أمتعة العملاء الشخصية التي تركت في مكان العمل وتسليمها للمشرفين.
* الالتزام بتعليمات وإجراءات القسم التي تُنشر من قبل قسم الطعام والشراب.
* أداء الواجبات وفق الممارسات والمعايير التشغيلية التي حددها مدير الطعام والشراب.
* الالتزام بقواعد التشغيل.
* التخطيط لساعات العمل كما يرى مدير الطعام والشراب مناسباً. العمل وفق الجدول الأسبوعي لساعات العمل.
* حضور تدريب التوجيه.
* خضوع لتقييمين للأداء كل عام.
* السعي لتحقيق 100% رضا العملاء
المؤهلات
التعليم: على الأقل شهادة ثانوية أو دبلوم مهني
* الخبرة: على الأقل سنتان من الخبرة في المجال.
* اللغة الأجنبية: اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة والروسية.
* الدورات والتدريب: تدريبات ومؤتمرات مهنية.
* إجادة الحاسوب: غير مطلوبة.
* المهارات: معرفة أساسية بالمنتجات والخدمات في المجال ذي الصلة
