نحن نبحث عن مدير محاسبة متمرس لدعم علامات شركات منتجات المستهلك مملوكة للمؤسس عبر التجارة الإلكترونية والتجزئة والسلع الاستهلاكية. يجمع هذا الدور بين امتلاك المحاسبة بشكل عملي وإدارة العلاقات مع العملاء، مما يجعله مثالياً للمهنيين الذين يزدهرون في بيئات سريعة النمو وخدماتية قائمة على الخدمة.
ستكون مسؤولاً عن دورة المحاسبة كاملة لعدة عملاء، وتكون نقطة الاتصال الأساسية، وتدير 1-2 مندوبي محاسبة. يتطلب هذا الدور خبرة تقنية قوية، ومهارات اتصال ممتازة، والقدرة على العمل باستقلالية بدقة عالية.
المهام:- امتلاك وتنفيذ إغلاق الشهر والتقارير المالية
- إدارة محاسبة المخزون، بما في ذلك التسوية بين دفتر الأستاذ الفرعي ودفتر الأستاذ العام، والكتابات، وفحوص الدقة
- الإشراف على عمليات الشراء والدفع وحركات الرواتب
- إعداد ومراجعة الحزم المالية (قائمة الدخل، ميزان المراجعة، تحليل الاتجاهات)
- تقديم رؤى مالية وتوصيات للعملاء
- العمل كجهة الاتصال الأساسية مع العميل (المكالمات، العروض التقديمية، التواصل المستمر)
- إدارة وتوجيه 1-2 مندوبي محاسبة
- التعامل مع محفظة من 5-6 عملاء لكل حجرة
المتطلبات- خبرة 5+ سنوات في المحاسبة كاملة الدورة
- خبرة 2+ سنوات في بيئة متعددة العملاء، خارجية، أو استشارية
- القدرة المثبتة على امتلاك المحاسبة من النهاية للنهاية (قدرة على مستوى المحاسب العام)
- خبرة في إدارة 1-2 تقارير مباشرة (محاسبون)
- خبرة قوية مع العملاء (المكالمات، العروض التقديمية، التواصل)
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة
- إتقان عالي في QuickBooks Online
- خبرة قوية في محاسبة التجارة الإلكترونية
- خبرة عملية مع توافقات Shopify وAmazon
- القدرة المثبتة على امتلاك دورة المحاسبة كاملة بشكل مستقل
- فهم قوي للبيانات المالية (قائمة الدخل، ميزان المراجعة)
- امتلاك مباشر لمحاسبة المخزون (ليس مجرد تعرض)

We are seeking experienced Accounting Manager to support founder-led consumer product brands across e-commerce, retail, and CPG. This role combines hands-on accounting ownership with client relationship management, making it ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, service-based environments.
You will own the full accounting cycle for multiple clients, serve as the primary point of contact, and manage 1-2 bookkeepers. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate independently with high accuracy.
Responsibilities:- Own and execute month-end close and financial reporting
- Manage inventory accounting, including subledger to GL reconciliation, write-offs and accuracy checks
- Oversee AP/AR processes, bill payments, and payroll entries
- Prepare and review financial packages (P&L, Balance Sheet, trend analysis)
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to clients
- Serve as the primary client contact (calls, presentations, ongoing communication)
- Manage and mentor 1-2 bookkeepers
- Handle a portfolio of 5-6 clients per pod
Requirements- 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
- 2+ years in a multi-client, outsourced, or consulting environment
- Proven ability to own accounting end-to-end (Controller-level capability)
- Experience managing 1-2 direct reports (bookkeepers)
- Strong client-facing experience (calls, presentations, communication)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Strong experience in e-commerce accounting
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and Amazon reconciliations
- Proven ability to own the full accounting cycle independently
- Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet)
- Direct ownership of inventory accounting (not just exposure)
- Excellent client communication skills (video calls, presentations)
- Experience working with multiple clients simultaneously
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with NetSuite (nice to have)
- Familiarity with fintech and accounting tools such as: Bill.com, Ramp, Mercury, Rho, Settle, Wayflyer, Gusto, Deel, JustWorks
- Experience with inventory systems (any of): CIN7, Fishbowl, Katana, ApparelMagic
- Experience with wholesale tools (SPS Commerce is a strong plus)
