Key duties and responsibilities:

Effective communication with potential clients and providing comprehensive and professional sales consultations.
Manage the entire sales cycle from the first contact to contract completion.
Record and update client data and sales status accurately and attentively.
Achieve and exceed the agreed monthly sales targets.
Job requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reports and quotation preparation.
Strong skills in persuasion, negotiation, and building long-term business relationships.
Ability to self-motivate, aim for results, and have a passion for architectural solutions and shading.
