The Retail Credit Policy and Portfolio Management Senior Manager is responsible for formulating, implementing, and overseeing credit policies and portfolio management strategies for retail lending products. This role ensures that credit policies align with regulatory requirements, business objectives, and the organization’s risk appetite while optimizing portfolio performance and mitigating risks. That position is overlooking both the conventional business and digital initiatives in line with the organizational strategy.
