Role Description The Home Recovery Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based in El Maadi El Gadida, designed for professionals with a physical therapy background. The coordinator will oversee patients’ recovery plans at home, ensuring that prescribed physical therapy exercises and routines are understood, followed, and adjusted as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, tracking progress, providing education on safe home exercises, and coordinating with physicians, therapists, and family members. The role also involves managing recovery cases, documenting patient outcomes, and escalating any concerns related to physical or mental health to the appropriate providers. The coordinator will support patients in adhering to their recovery goals, promote safe practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of home recovery protocols.
Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build trust with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Experience in Case Management, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring home recovery and rehabilitation journeys. Awareness of Mental Health considerations and the ability to recognize when to refer patients for additional support. Training skills to educate patients and caregivers on physical therapy exercises, safety, and recovery best practices. Background in Physical Therapy or Rehabilitation, with relevant certification or degree preferred. Ability to document clinical information accurately and maintain organized records. Capacity to work on-site in El Maadi El Gadida and travel locally to patient homes as needed. Commitment to patient-centered care, ethical practice, and continuous professional development.
