Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Fitness Trainer role based at the LVFIT EMS Egypt center in New Cairo. The Fitness Trainer will conduct EMS-based training sessions, guide clients through safe and effective exercises, and tailor programs to individual goals and health conditions. Daily tasks include assessing client fitness levels, demonstrating proper technique, monitoring performance, and adjusting workouts to ensure progress and safety. The role also involves educating clients on EMS benefits, maintaining equipment and training areas, and collaborating with doctors and EMS experts to align training plans with overall health objectives. The Fitness Trainer will provide consistent customer service, support client motivation, and contribute to a positive and professional training environment.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Fitness Instruction and Fitness Training, with the ability to design and lead effective workout programs. Experience with Group Exercise formats and familiarity with the Fitness Industry and current training trends. Proficient Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and client relationship management. Knowledge of EMS training or willingness to learn and apply EMS-specific techniques under expert guidance. Relevant certification in fitness training, personal training, or sports science from a recognized organization. Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, including flexible schedules that may include evenings and weekends. Demonstrated ability to support diverse clients, uphold health and safety standards, and maintain professional ethics. Basic understanding of anatomy, physiology, and exercise safety; experience in medical or sports centers is an advantage.
