Role Description The Recruiter role at TUT is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo.
The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments and feedback with hiring managers.
This role will develop and maintain talent pipelines, build relationships with universities and professional networks, and support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
The Recruiter will prepare and post job descriptions, manage recruitment platforms, ensure a positive candidate experience, and maintain accurate recruitment data and reports. The role also involves collaborating closely with HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs and support timely, compliant hiring decisions. Qualifications Experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.3-5 years of experience. Experience in hiring blue collars Experience in massive hiring for a fast pace company. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple vacancies, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring timelines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and basic MS Office tools. Understanding of HR policies, basic labor regulations, and ethical hiring practices. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Prior experience recruiting in transportation, mobility, technology, or related industries is an advantage.
