Sharm Dreams Group is seeking an experienced Spa Therapist to join our team.
Key Duties:
Welcome guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner while ensuring a personalized spa experience. Conduct guest consultations to identify treatment needs, preferences, medical conditions, allergies, and contraindications before providing services. Recommend appropriate treatments and wellness programs based on guest requirements. Perform professional spa treatments, including massages, body treatments, facials, scrubs, wraps, aromatherapy, and other therapies in accordance with company standards and treatment protocols. Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and safety throughout the treatment process. Maintain accurate guest treatment records and confidential client information. Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment, ensuring cleanliness, proper setup, and availability of required supplies. Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation for treatment rooms, equipment, linens, and tools in compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels of spa products, consumables, and equipment, reporting replenishment requirements when necessary. Promote and upsell spa treatments, wellness packages, memberships, and retail products to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue. Educate guests on aftercare recommendations and homecare products following treatments. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints professionally, escalating complex issues when required. Ensure compliance with spa policies, health regulations, and company operating procedures. Support promotional activities, wellness events, and special spa programs. Attend departmental meetings and participate in continuous training to enhance technical knowledge and service quality. Assist in achieving departmental service quality, guest satisfaction, and revenue targets. Perform any other duties assigned by the Spa Supervisor or Spa Manager within the scope of the role.
Qualifications:Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related discipline. Professional certification in recognized massage or spa treatment techniques is preferred. Valid therapist license where required by local regulations. Females, Expats Only can apply.
