What You'll DoAs a Business Development Partner, you'll help grow Tourena by:Identifying potential clients and business opportunities Building a database of developers, brokers, and real estate companies Reaching out through phone calls, Whats App, Linked In, email, and networking Introducing Tourena's services and value proposition Scheduling meetings and presentations Following up with prospects Helping convert leads into paying clients Building long-term relationships with industry professionals Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is:Strong communicator Professional and confident when speaking with clients Self-motivated and proactive Interested in real estate, marketing, sales, or business development Organized and able to follow up consistently Passionate about helping build something from the ground up Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required. Flexible & Remote This role is fully flexible and remote. It can be done alongside:University studies A full-time job Freelance work Real estate brokerage activities Work on your own schedule and manage your outreach independently. Compensation Commission-based. You earn a percentage of every successfully closed and paid project you help bring to Tourena. The more projects you help close, the more you earn.
