Position Title Executive Manager Reporting ToChief Executive Officer (CEO) Job Summary The Executive Manager will oversee the company's day-to-day operations, development, coordinate strategic initiatives, and ensure effective execution of business objectives. The role requires a healthcare professional with strong communication, and leadership skills who can bridge medical knowledge with business operations. Key Responsibilities Support the CEO in executing the company's strategic plans. Coordinate activities between medical, operational, marketing, IT, finance, and legal teams. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. Monitor project timelines, milestones, and performance indicators. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, insurers, and strategic partners. Participate in business development initiatives and partnership negotiations. Assist in planning new healthcare services and digital health projects. Prepare executive reports, presentations, and performance dashboards. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of key staff. Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and stakeholder engagements when required.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Nursing, Healthcare Management, or another healthcare-related field. A postgraduate qualification in Healthcare Management, Business Administration (MBA), or Public Health is an advantage.3–7 years of professional experience in healthcare, hospital administration, healthcare consulting, or medical project management. Strong understanding of healthcare systems and clinical workflows. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
