Job Details:

Job duties and responsibilities:
• Build and develop strong, sustainable relationships with key clients (B2B), consultants, and contracting companies.
• Represent the company professionally in direct interviews and external meetings.
• Understand client needs and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions for the aluminum and facades sector.
• Achieve the required sales targets and expand the company’s market share.
Application requirements (essential)
• Car: Own a private car (mandatory and essential to apply).
• Experience: Previous experience in the aluminum, facades, and construction materials sector (or strong proven sales experience in general or real estate, and thorough familiarity with major contracting companies and developers).
• Skills: Very high communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Appearance: Professional look and courtesy when dealing with major clients.
Benefits and work environment:
• Salary: A highly competitive base salary (determined based on experience during the interview)
• Commissions: Start from 1.5% upon contract completion
• Allowances: Car travel and depreciation allowance (Car Allowance) + company mobile line.
• Working hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week.
• Holidays: Friday
• Insurance: Social and medical insurance
