نحن نبحث عن مهندس Backend / AI عالي المستوى لتصميم وتطوير وتقييس أنظمة خلفية قوية مع دمج قدرات AI المتقدمة وتدفقات العمل الوكلائية. يركّز الدور على بناء أنظمة موزعة عالية الأداء، تمكين معالجة البيانات الذكية، واستغلال أدوات AI الحديثة لدعم الحلول المبتكرة. المسؤوليات الأساسية هي: تصميم وتطوير وصيانة خدمات خلفية قابلة للتوسع باستخدام Node.js وExpress. تصميم وإدارة قواعد البيانات باستخدام MongoDB وMongoose لضمان التوفر العالي والأداء. بناء وتحسين أنظمة معالجة وظائف موزعة باستخدام BullMQ وRedis. تطوير ودمج ميزات مدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي باستخدام Anthropic Claude SDK وتدفقات العمل الوكلائية. تنفيذ حلول بحث متجهات باستخدام Pinecone لدعم أنظمة استرجاع بيانات ذكية. التعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات لتحديد بنية النظام وتقديم حلول شاملة من النهاية إلى النهاية. تحسين أداء الخلفية وقابليتها للتوسع وموثوقيتها عبر الأنظمة الموزعة. ضمان جودة الشفرة من خلال أفضل الممارسات، بما في ذلك الاختبار ومراجعة الشفرة والتوثيق. نشر وصيانة خدمات الخلفية على GCP أو بيئات سحابية مشابهة. استكشاف المشكلات التقنية المعقدة وحلها في بيئات الإنتاج.
الملف الشخصي المرغوب فيه
درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسوب أو الهندسة البرمجية أو مجال ذي صلة. خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في هندسة الواجهة الخلفية. كفاءة قوية في Node.js وإطار عمل Express. خبرة صلبة مع MongoDB وMongoose. خبرة عملية مع Redis وأنظمة قوائم الوظائف مثل BullMQ أو ما يماثلها. خبرة في العمل مع تكاملات AI/LLM، بما في ذلك Anthropic Claude SDK أو أدوات مماثلة. معرفة بتدفقات العمل الوكلائية وبناء تطبيقات مدفوعة بالذكاء الاصطناعي. خبرة مع قواعد بيانات المتجهات وتقنيات البحث مثل Pinecone. التعرض لمنصات السحابة، ويفضل Google Cloud Platform (GCP). فهم قوي للأنظمة الموزعة وهندسة الخدمات المصغرة. مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتحليل. القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وبالتعاون في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة. مهارات اتصالات باللغة الإنجليزية ممتازة.

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Backend / AI Engineer to design, develop, and scale robust backend systems while integrating advanced AI capabilities and agentic workflows. The role focuses on building high-performance distributed systems, enabling intelligent data processing, and leveraging modern AI tools to power innovative solutions. The Key Responsibilities are: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and Express. Architect and manage databases using MongoDB and Mongoose to ensure high availability and performance. Build and optimize distributed job processing systems using BullMQ and Redis. Develop and integrate AI-powered features using Anthropic Claude SDK and agentic workflows. Implement vector search solutions using Pinecone to support intelligent data retrieval systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and deliver end-to-end solutions. Optimize backend performance, scalability, and reliability across distributed systems. Ensure code quality through best practices, including testing, code reviews, and documentation. Deploy and maintain backend services on GCP or similar cloud environments. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend engineering. Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express framework. Solid experience with MongoDB and Mongoose. Hands-on experience with Redis and job queue systems such as BullMQ or similar. Experience working with AI/LLM integrations, including Anthropic Claude SDK or equivalent tools. Knowledge of agentic workflows and building AI-driven applications. Experience with vector databases and search technologies such as Pinecone. Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent English communication skills.
