Core Requirements• 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on development expertise• Proven engineering leadership experience in startups or fast-paced technology environments• Strong backend expertise in Node.js and Postgre SQL• Solid experience with Flutter (mandatory)• Experience with Vue.js is highly preferred• Strong Cloud, Dev Ops, CI/CD, and infrastructure background• Experience building and scaling engineering teams• Fintech, digital banking, payments, wallets, cards, or financial services experience is required• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and financial data protection• Experience driving AI-assisted development practices is a strong plus• Willingness to remain actively involved in coding, system design, and architecture
