Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership: Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the non-promoted portfolio to deliver sales, market penetration, and profitability targets. Set, monitor, and drive achievement of annual and monthly sales objectives, ensuring strong performance across channels and distribution partners. Lead omnichannel engagement initiatives to sustain product demand and expand reach to pharmacists, healthcare professionals, and trade customers through effective non-field-force channels. Manage trade investments, promotional schemes, and assigned budgets to maximize return on investment and support portfolio growth objectives. Monitor and analyze in-market and to-market performance data to optimize stock flow, maintain healthy inventory levels, and prevent stock-outs or overstocking. Build and maintain effective relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key external stakeholders to strengthen availability, execution quality, and commercial results. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Medical, and Regulatory teams to ensure aligned execution of portfolio priorities and market initiatives. Leverage market insights, CRM tools, and performance analytics to identify opportunities, address risks, and continuously improve commercial tactics and channel effectiveness.
Academic qualifications Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related life sciences or commercial discipline.
. Experience8+ years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry across commercial, sales, trade, or channel management role. Strong experience in managing non-promoted, mature, or established portfolios, with solid exposure to distribution channels, wholesalers, and omnichannel commercial model. Proven track record in leading cross-functional execution, managing trade investments, analyzing market performance, and driving commercial results through strategic planning and stakeholder management.
