Roles & Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE The Technical Project Manager is responsible for driving projects from concept to delivery, ensuring smooth coordination between business and technical teams, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. This is a full-time position based in Cairo, reporting to the Technical Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Delivery

• Manage projects end-to-end, from initial concept to successful delivery
• Define and document functional specifications
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation

Coordination & Communication

• Act as the main point of contact between business, technical, and operational teams
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and timelines
• Facilitate collaboration, decision-making, and issue resolution

Monitoring & Quality Assurance

• Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
• Support testing phases (UAT, end-to-end validation) and ensure launch readiness
• Monitor issues and follow up using logs, test data, and performance indicators

Process Improvement

• Identify and implement improvements in tools, workflows, and documentation
• Promote best practices in project management and delivery

Desired Candidate Profile

PROFILE

Good understanding of technical environments, including API-based integrations

Ability to read and understand technical documentation (endpoints, credentials, integration flows)

Familiarity with staging and production environments, configuration checks, and deployment processes

Strong attention to detail and quality

Problem-solving mindset with analytical skills

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in technical project management, integration delivery, or a similar cross-functional technical role
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Autonomous, adaptable, and detail-oriented
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is a plus
