Therefore, to join the team as a Purchasing Officer for Bioora sanitary ware factory in the Sixth of October City, First Industrial Zone.

Responsibilities
1. Receive purchase requests from all departments.
2. Search for suitable suppliers and approve them.
3. Request quotes and compare them in terms of:
* price
* quality
* delivery time
* payment terms
4. Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms.
5. Issue purchase orders and monitor their approval.
6. Follow up on purchase orders until items are received.
7. Coordinate with warehouses and receiving to ensure quantities and specifications match.
8. Address any issues related to supply, defective items, or delays.
9. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouses to prevent raw material shortages or surpluses.
10. Prepare periodic reports on purchases and suppliers.

Vendor management
* Build a supplier database.
* Periodically evaluate suppliers (price – quality – on-time delivery – after-sales service).
* Continuous search for new suppliers to improve prices and quality

Working hours from 9 to 6
